In the human body, there are lots of cells that all serve a certain purpose for the greater good, in that case, the human body. If a single cell does not work as expected the cells around send it a kill signal, to ensure the health of the whole body. Yet, there are some cells that don't react to this kill signal and some of these even reproduce without any regulation which we call a tumor. That in the end kills the whole body.
Subhumans are similar to these cancer cells.They are getting bullied their whole lives by people around them (the kill signal). Some of them properly kill themselves. Others reproduce anyway and poison the whole gene pool(the tumor), which in the long term decreases the genetic health of the whole human population.
