After every morning, every night, every time I went to sleep, I listened to it, repeating the phrase "I will ascend"
I was consistent, doing this 7 hours per day full volume, most of you won't be able to make my transformation because you didn't put the effort in, but I did and if you put the same amount of effort in I'm sure you can too! I'm sure I can make even more progress in the future aswell

What did I listen to?

This helped my face make a lot of changes, grew my bones and eyes a lot
I also grew from 5'5 to 5'11 from using this one:
