Requires some decent iq surgeon tbh to guide you, even if you did extensive research as an individual. Arrogance among surgeons is very prevalent. ‘Just trust me, 20 years of experience blahblah’.

Do you have any ecamples of good results? I’ve not seen many but the concept is clear to me and I believe in the potential of these implants if executed appropriately.

i get what you mean , a bit fuller midface is not necesarily bad as long is not extreme but high g fillers on bone will do even better than implants for that

Could you elaborate on why highest is overrated ?

n do you feel like when it comes to Malar implant's, They have to be custom over stock to even look good ?
it seems like one of this procedure's where a 1mm couldnt make it look canny vs uncanny/botched.
n I think it due to people chasing size

i mean high setness is meme because it doesnt really exsist. And making it looking high set is not ideal when you do it for a implant. The reason is because its a very shortterm way to design a implant and also a very risky way, and its not the ideal way, but overall there is no definitive ideal look on cheekbones. People say sharp but they often dont know what they mean and the area is just very subjective in itself. But a submalar and the lower region of malar etc brings support for the midface and can improve folds etc esp done latterally with very small anterior projection. Also peojection in the submalar lower region overall is less proned to millimeter changes being as extremly important.

Custom is better but you need to know the basics with design, basically making everything smooth and dont over project

How long would you say it took you in term's of design of implant to surgery n research ?
like would you say when it comes to infra Malar's, easily 1-2 year of knowing everything before into surgery for it ?
or would you say Dr. R kind of made everything easier for you in term's of recommendations n guiding n so on.

Would it be better to go for more submalar here if u have a wider fwhr if u didnt have more prominent cheekbones, hmm, this guys is kinda narrower so im assuming it was more optimal to go for a smaller submaller design relative to the models I put up abovewith the wider fwhr.

but yeah relative to the first guy in the opening post this guys malars dont pop out like theyre cell shaded, or that one guy who got leg lengthening with the bowlcut that has super bad body dsymorphia I forgot his name but he was a giant client, his cheekbones had the same problem with them.
