Submandibular Gland Ruining Jawline

My submandibular gland always sticks out and makes my side profile look worse since I have two balls on the side of my jaw. Is there anyway that I can reduce the size? It’s not an infection or anything since I’ve had this my whole life.

if you can pinch the skin and it feels thick, might be worth looking into subq fat reduction

They do it in double chin reduction procedures along with platismoplasty and such, it's called submandibular gland reduction
