Submental liposuction or malar fat pad removal

I store an incredible amount of my overall fat in the malar fat pad area and face in general. I quite literally have abs and get to 10% and still look more fat facially than a normal person due to genetics.

Inb4 just lose weight, yeah just starve yourself for life being sub 10% and literally suffer just to look average bro

Looking into lipo and malar fat pad removal, buccal seems cope does nothing.

Im getting surgery to have good bone structure first to give me a good base then I plan on getting some sort of surgical fat removal. I just don't know the different types yet.
