It's not nrml to have a shit hyoid position, it's related to jaw problem , sleep apnea etc

you need an anterior downgraft of your maxilla for teeth show, and a posterior downgraft for the CCW

I know my hyoid isn't angelina jolie tier but I can quite clearly still pinch that roll of fat that's still under my chin. I don't see why one shouldn't be able to remove it so that the jaw definition would come out from a frontal view especially.
