In US they don't care cuz even if they kill you they will take 0 responsibility

But one option is to get full necklift with ear incision but most surgeon will deny young patient

I know only Pagnoni in italy who will do full neck lift with ear incision on young patient for 15k

below platysma u have:
-Submandibular gland
-2digastric muscle
-Mylohyoid muscle attached to hyoid

My surgeon will do that:
-Suture both digastric together it will create an ascension of the hyoid
-Suture digastric with Mylohyoid so the flour of the mouth will be more straight
-Then suture platysma on the digastric so it follows the shape of it

Platysmaplasty alone will only tighten platysma, it will no make it redrap on the digastric

Other surgeon like Nayak will shave digastric also partially , and shave sub mandibular glands

Search on insta "Nayak" but i prefer reading studies , those are 3 good studies with techniques explained and detailed:

you can use website like scihub its a bypass for paywall and u will directly access the pdf
