pulling the platysmal muscles together with sutures after removing some of the subplatysmal fat (this might only have a miniscule effect) should do exactly what I need srs. you can see how it pulls everything inwards at 9:25.

absolutely ridiculous. and if I need to speak to 20 surgeons to find someone to tighten this shit up, I'll do it. one cannot seriously say with a straight face that it's not possible to get rid of this tiny little flab through soft tissue manipulation of some sort and that I should drop 20k on...
