To start, lets explain what subperiosteal hematoma ossification is.

1. WHAT IS SUBPERIOSTEAL HEMATOMA OSSIFICATION?

LETS BREAK IT DOWN

Sub-periosteal, Periosteal is the adjective for the periostrum and the sub prefix means below. Therefore this is to do with something BELOW the periostrum
Hematoma - Abnormal pool of blood outside blood vessels
Ossification - We know this, bone formation

2. HOW DO WE KNOW THIS WORKS?

There are multiple studies to show that subperiosteal hematomas have the potential for ossification. When we seperate the blood from the vessels with the inflammation layer, inactive growth factors release which can encourage growth.

Here are the studies that show that subperiosteal hematomas can ossify:

1. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24036735/
2. https://clinmedjournals.org/article...d-exercise-medicine-ijsem-7-208.php?jid=ijsem
3. https://www.jpeds.com/article/S0022-3476(17)31036-3/fulltext
4. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2210261224006138

3. HOW DO WE CORRECTLY DO THIS FOR BONE GROWTH?
Step 1. Get your bonesmashing device
Step 2. Hit really hard multiple times
Step 3. Check if a hematoma has formed
Step 4. If not, go back to step 1

But how do i know if a hematoma is formed?

In my experience, hematomas typically have immidiate nerve damage. Typically they will still hurt (obviously) but feel weird as though an pain reliever is kicking in.

4. MY PERSONAL EXPERIMENT
My supraorbitals before I did this (ignore subhuman eye area)

My supraorbitals after (bonesmashed the outer ends of them and also am waiting for inflammation-stemmed fibrosis to heal so my eyes canthal tilts aren't negative)
