SubQ vs IM test e injection

Is there some reason why IM is recommended for test injection even though subQ is just as effective? SubQ you could use like 31g 12mm needle which would literally feel like nothing and less uncomfortable when pinning into fat.

you can but u still need to withdraw with a bigger gauge
