propanolol 10-40mg if u want something harder go for pregab 300mg on rare occasions (1x weekly)

you could look into ssris aswell if its very severe it will forsure help

PE-22-28, pretty affordable pep and not only helps cognitive function but reduces anxiety as well.

thanks, problem with some of these suggestions is that they're not sustainable for everyday use which is why im going to be on high dose concerta with medikinet in two weeks, but yeah im repping most of the replies because most of them seem to be pretty valid (even if taking mdma just to be normal might seem crazy to a normgroid nigger on tiktok)

eu only because they're designer drugs, and shipping between continental eu countries makes it unlikely for it to be seized most of the time

I mean you can for the most part spam propanolol everyday, unless u have some kind of heartproblems in ur family, if not its like low inhib candy (max 40mg per day), but it only works for the bodily anxiety which is quite common when it comes to social anxiety.

ssris is also something you take everyday, since you essentially rewire your brain which is both good (causes lower inhib less overthinking etc etc etc) but it can also be harmful (not in all cases) its one of the most prescribed drugs for a reason its very effective, if you find the right one for you and you dont get any side effects, but of course do ur own research and choose whatever you think will work best for you

Pregab is the way 2 go. If you can’t source that then from personal experiences a beer or 2 before social events like school helped me a lot.

May only work on less severe cases such as mine, yours seems a little more severe

mdma is too neurotoxic to treat anxiety long term

its great for like one time scenarios and have a couple months gap but using it for regular anxiety treatment is a horrible idea
