How could a man be successfull and still be respectfull and get respected?

I mean you have to literally slay dragons and take advantage of situations, create advantages for yourself, and apply "vita mea mors tua"

How do you respect people? How do you get respect from them?

It seems more like to be successful, you can't do that.

You have to make fun of them, otherwise you won't be successful.

You have to be better/superior to them, otherwise you won't be successful.

You have to be able to disrespect them.
