Lying.
Neurotypicals lie all the time.
They Lie to start businesses, to get investment, to get money, to get employees, to get followers, to get dates, to get elected, to get out of trouble, to sell books, to appear knowledgeable, to hurt their competition (getting competition to follow a bad strategy for example, or too appear as the only 'true' expert), to get you to buy something, to get girls to sleep with them, etc.
They don't get caught often because they are good at it, know what they can get away with, and are consistent in telling the same version of truth to everyone. They will also never tell you their secret because it makes them looking like a fucking liar.
This might be obvious to some, but others like me developed slower, and trusted everyone.
