I don’t know much about jelqing or PE devices, so that’s why I am looking for someone who’ve tried jelqing in the past - and who can vouch for or disprove its efficacy as a legitimate way of increasing penis size.
What I would love to achieve: I will be very happy with a 1-inch increase, and absolutely ecstatic about 1.5+. My main goal, however, is not length - it’s girth. I really want to have a fat cock (imagine increase from toilet paper tube roll to slightly thinner than that diameter of a coke can) and I think that should be the main focus if one tries to achieve aesthetics.
