Just pinned for the first time
I pinned 2iu Hgh I just wanted to start really conservative and will be upping the dose over the next few weeks by a good amount

The only thing was that my Hgh bottle was like fucking pressurized like it was sucking the air in and wanted to keep the gh
Is that a big deal idk someone let me know

But either way I satanized properly and hopefully I’ll wake up in the morning and feel well rested before the gym

your suppose to inject air into the vial before you draw it or else your creating a vacuum every time you draw which is why that happened

I do inject air into the vial and I did when I reconstituted so idk why it’s like that

I am my blood glucose levels already high so I’m taking 500mg berberine morning and night to hopefully get them <100
