Suction mewing help

when I suction mew. My bottom lip gets suctioned as well. Is this normal? I can mew all day without suction mewing anyways. I’m afraid my front teeth will get reverse buck teeth cuz the lip is suctioned against my front teeth

that means your not doing it correctly might be using the wrong muscles in your face
