Sudden jaw swelling after jaw clicking [WTF HELP]

More than a month ago i had 2 wisdom teeths removed on my right side and it all healed and was forgotten.

Now im on vacation in turkya and i got tmj issues, but this time my jaw clicked at my gonion on my right side. I thought wtf how is that even possible, since its solid bone and after a few hours i couldnt chew on this side anymore bc of pain in this exact place where it clicked

NOW IT‘S STARTING TO NOTICABLY SWELL LIKE IT DID A MONTH AGO AFTER WISDOMTEETH REMOVAL.

Wtf should i do, what happend??

Where it clicked:

I felt this piece of bone literally move individually forward and back, no way it got fractured.
i just opend and closed my mouth.

This needs to be evaluated by a dentist in person. Turkey has plenty of cheap dentists luckily

i‘ve got tmj anyways, it clicked like it did like always, it‘s that my bone in the gonion area clicked aswell and now its swollen and pains me

im afraid i might have somehow fractured it
