Sudden undereye bags

What can cause the under eye areas to become darker (dark blue/brown) suddenly? it seems to have happened over the last few days. Possible culprits:

-Shit sleep (thank you corona)
-Lots of weed (thank you corona) - although I've been smoking weed for years and haven't had this problem over a long time
-Allergies (thank you seasonal changes) - very runny nose and dry eyes lately, and I don't rub my eyes
