does anyone know how to get rid of tinnitus i’ve had it going on now for a while im currently 15 it’s lowkey pushing me to jsut rope max if there’s rlly no cure it’s over

bro i been working in the metal industry ; polishing, sanding, grinding, welding, etc. all that noise i guess, but it’s weird i worked like that at 12-13 nothing, i started now a bit again, then stopped, now im back and i got tha shit.

suffering??? Tinnitus is a blessing. in this noisy western world? I purposefully wear headphones because it makes you generate more earwax, then i press the earwax into my ears and it gives me tinnitus. I love it, it makes all the noise from cars outside, from neighbors, etc. go away

my ears are ringing right now and guess what i love it, it means im in my own world and can focus

I dont even notice it. Trust me if you have tinnitus you will literally not notice it unless you purposefully focus on it

Tinnitus is the cure. In my case tinnitus just means my ears are full of earwax. dont think i have tinnitus, but my ears are ringing
