I’ve been told by a few guys that actually eating a lot of sugar grows bones due to the insulin spike which increases igf-1, does this work or is it bait

No u eat low proccesed food like potato meat or fruit and u maggicaly debloat and loose body fat lift some weights and do some cardio and u feel amazing

I do gym 5 times a week already I was just checking cos there’s a lot of missinformation that goes around

if ur lifting 5x thats bad lift 3-4x a week FBOED

I’m on a split so only certain muscle groups get targeted on diff days with rest days on Thursday and Sundays

Realistically if you are on hgh or any hgh secretgouge then it can enhance your results

I don’t inject but I do 20 hour fasts and sprints which are pro ent to increase hgh then at the end for my meal I eat a lot including carbs protein and sugar meal
