All of this situation if very weird because how is sugar bad for you if your lean and have low insulin resistance and exercice to use the sugar. Then why would nocturnal purposely want to nerf everyone, hes lowk a nice guy, and even eat the sugar himself on stream. And finally isn't for sugar and goyslop that we're all much taller now. People 100 year ago used to be 10-20cm shorter. Sugar + fruit and meat diet is peak id say.
What do you guys think ?
I haven't yet done enough research on how 120-150g of sugar 5 days a week wouldn influence igf-1 system wise in term of how much influence it will have and how much visible change will be noticible.

where should i get sugar from? Is goyslop or natural sugar from fruits better, and does timing matter
