fruits veggies raw meats is ideal a lot of the walmart fruit you cant fucking trust is because its genetically engineered like the bananas are engineered. its all fake. sadly the jew foods taste good and its ok once in a while but it can lead to addiction, just don't keep shit in your house. my pantry consists of fruits veggies meats water homemade tea and juice, no candy or snacks.
