Suggest Accutane alternatives please

Took accutane but it gave me headaches and blurry vision and other side effects I guess it's not for me, suggest anything else like tret or taz I think Tazerotene will do fine but I am confused should I take gel or creme pls suggest

Closest things are retinoids, vitamin A derivatives that are from the same family as Accutane, which is just the most potent retinoid
Retinoids are things like

1. Tazarotene
2. Adapalene/differin (Available OTC, weakest retinoid but still very effective against moderate acne)
3. Tretinoin
4. Trifarotene

which increase your cell turnover so it clears up everything under your skin. Be wary of dry/peeling skin and a "purging" phase that may last months. Make sure to wear spf and moisturize

If you don't want to take retinoids or can't get a prescription, the next best things are

1. Benzoyl Peroxide + Salicylic Acid (weaker than retinoids but easily available)
2. Sulfur as a spot treatment, best combined with a retinoid

It gave me headaches, sweaty palms , blurry vision and every other side effect listed to it I was ready to take it that's why I bought it but I really can't take it . It doesn't suit my body type or whatever suggest anything that's not cope
