I don’t think autophagy is good fasting isn’t good for you and you should probably try to speed up metabolism instead of starving yourself

Fasting for gh is more about not eating carbs than not eating at all. The body will raise insulin levels to take in the carbs and sugar. Insulin is what competes with hgh.

if you so fast, having 1-2 day fasts seems much better than entire weeks, at least from a health aspect. If you are challenging yourself for something, then whatever.
