Cant get a good night sleep from last few weeks and cause of that I have descended. Fuck this shit, its frustrating.

Please don't suggest bullshits like Magnesium or Ashwagandha. These don't fucking work at all. I am sleep deprived and need some legit solutions.

Only for a short period of time IMO, melatonin should prob only be used for like 3-4 days for a hard reset on your sleep schedule so you don’t become reliant on it.

Try lower dosages, see what works, higher the dosage if 3mg isn’t enough. I don’t reccomend taking melatonin every night. It should be took for a full reset in ur sleep schedule. Taken every once in a while.
