Hey guys I have a really short ramus and a steep gonial angle I was thinking of lengthening my ramus and making my mandible more parallel to the ground to get a good occlusal plane any suggestions of surgeons who do this procedure ? I have heard good things about the L inverted ramus osteomy any suggestions will be welcomed
