What bothers me the most in order:
-2mm scleral show lower
-under eye/tear trough hollow
-assymetry(nct in 1 eye and slight pct in the other eye)
-reducing eye height so that i fix the height/width ratio. My eyes are too tall and not wide enough.

Note: i know the pic is slightly tilted so not helpful for estimating the CT. but still relevant enuff to display the shit scleral show and under eye hollows.

Tagging some users who i see are active and usually have good input.

I would like to look at herring, that's why i tagged him, he seems the only user to actually undertake saddle implants but his profile is restricted and i can not PM him. I did not see his before/after pics anywhere.

Thanks for sharing bro but comparing your eyes to mine is like comparing Real Madrid to Murcia. You have small scleral show and a decent eye shape to begin with.

Wait, are you looking straight into the camera in the photo?

Your eyes do not seem to be NCT-PCT combo: it is like you tilter your head right

My head is slighyly tilted yes. But it should not make a difference for scleral show and hollows. Just ignore the NCT-PCT part for now. Maybe i will add a better picture later

Ok, these 2:
-2mm scleral show lower
-reducing eye height so that i fix the height/width ratio. My eyes are too tall and not wide enough.

are fixed with canthoplasty, at the same time. If you want to fix both, you are an ideal candidate, unless your plastic surgeon says otherwise.

If you want to fix only 2mm scleral show, then there is also a procedure called grafting. Idk how its done, but there apparently some kind of material used, which lifts your eyelid. However, this operation does not widen your eye, so you target #2 no be solved as efficiently. The ratio will improve still, due to the lifted lower eyelid.

This:
-under eye/tear trough hollow

is solvable only with infraorbital implants OR a cheaper solution: fillers/fat grafts. The fat graft is risky. So, I would go with fillers, for starters.

However, from anteface it is not clear what your dark undereyes stem from. Do you have a recessed lower orbital rim? If so, then the above should improve your undereye. (y)

But if your dark circles are caused by prominent veins in the skin, only make-up will help. I read that blepharoplasty can somehow fix this, but i did not find how exactly :feelsrope:

I would start by looking for an OPHTALMOLOGIST SURGEON who is a member of the american/european ophtalmology surgeon organization. Sth like "American Academy of Ophthalmology" or "British and Nordic Society of Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery"

First of all thanks for the response.
I ve consulted an oculoplastic surgeon. The best in my country. I can not afford Amiya Prasad or Taban. I live in EE.

Despite he usually does fillers for this he said in my case it will not help. SS is too big and bone support poor.
The guy i ve seen is not doing implants so here i am, waiting for a an answer from Pagnoni and thay guy from Taiwan, Adrian Hsieh. If you know other guys who do infraorbital rim SADDLE implants let me know.

About blepharoplasty fixing dark UE circles, if i am no mistsken they fix it by releasing the tear trough ligament.

Helped mine. But partially. Especially the lateral part.

But it depends on WHY the dark circles. Mine are caused by recessed lower orbital rim, so by adding volume, my circles improve.

Might be a skin issue for others not related to the bone. then fillers will not help (y)
