suggestions for moisturiser while on accutane

just upped my dose to 30mgs, my face atm is getting raped, im using a la roche posay moisturiser but my skins still cracking and flaking any suggestions on a stronger moisturiser

I personally just scrubbed like a mf till the skin stopped flaking off. I blew up really badly whenever I used moisturizers. Don't know why.
I am on 60mg too, which is absolutely too high but hey you all can jfl
