Suggestions for rhinoplasty surgeons that specialize in nasal bone alteration

Looking for a rhinoplasty surgeon that has good/extensive results in altering and reshaping the nasal bone for cases that require it. Bonus if they also have good results on alar/nostril reshaping. Ideally able to do some work on the maxilla/cheek/zygoma area as well(implants/contouring), as to account for proper aesthetic ratio's with nose projection with the cheeks, but would rather focus on finding the right rhino specialist if a surgeon that does all of this doesn't exist.

any rhinoplasty surgeon is a specialist in nasal bone alteration. the real challenge is soft tissue.

Also if anyone is aware of any rhino specialists that will use CT scans in there planning, found here https://www.viewplasticsurgery.com/nose/3d-ct-re-operation/ at a SK clinic, but looking for US based if they exist.

Bumping this, but now wanting to know a surgeon that would help be able to reshape the nostrils and tip, and increase projection.
