Wrong, eye area is recessed and ruins harmony of the face. I’d consider fillers or maybe infraorbital implants. Either way you’re not bad and definitely have good bone structure
Edit: look at the 2 pictures it’s almost certainly your eye area that you should pay attention to

this picture eliminates the eye area, look at how your attractiveness immediately raises when your failo is not shown.

From what I can gather it seems you have asymmetry paired with eye bags but trust me the eye bags have no real effect. It could just be the camera lens or angle making it seem worse, but either way I recommend focusing most of your efforts on your eye area. Eyelash/eyebrowmaxxing with either castor oil or a professional system, along with proper tongue posture (still has a slight effect even if you are older) read the BOTB thread about eyebrow and IPD perception, maybe thinning one side could make it look more symmetrical.

Not everyone wants to spend 20k or insert a piece of plastic with risk of infection and other complications without even knowing if having a decent chin is even worth it. Fillers gives you an insight of how you life will be with yo ur ideal chin or jaw. If you like it then yeah save up for implants you idiot
