After talking with Chatgdp a bit and formulating the questions in a way that chadgpt doesnt think I wanna kms but its just theoratical I found out that laying on the Tracks to get decapitated (what I thought is the best way) isnt the best way because you might Fly off or somethubg stupid happens.
According to chatgpt if you just directly stand infront of the train death is almost guaranteed at 20km/h.
So the best way to kill yourself is just get hit by a train that goes over 50km/h, 100% guaranteed instant painless death

Had Therapy for 2 years and anti depresnt for over 1 year its just over

I Switched 2 times and my therapist anf I agreed I shouldnt go anymore bc im not Willing to open up

well I mean, just get a new one and try opening up as much as possible. A good psychiatrist should be able to find the problem rather quickly if they are experienced (make sure they are either female or have decades of experience) and they should be able to help you out. also next time open up even if its kinda crazy thats really important if you want the correct treatment.

Yes the best way is to stand on the track with head bend forward for instant death ? But i would still take some other drugs in the mean time and maybe tie a rope to some thing close so you get decapitated aswell just incase.
