This has zero relevance to treating it as something to prevent another from doing. You wouldn’t say ‘never do x because it will hurt you’ and not like someone doing x because you believe it hurt them.

There’s impulses & reasons. Reason fulfills impulses. Not everyone feels the same way (I.E different impulses). I tried killing myself before because I felt like it but right now I don’t feel like it. Currently & so far, I feel an impulse to live but that could change at any timeUse your brain bruv
If dying isn't bad then why don't you kill yourself? Why doesnt that one guy whose life is absolutely shit kill himself? Why did that other dude kill himself just to cause pain that himself and the few people that loved him?

Your reason is that I might change my impulses despite my impulses already being something. That’s like telling a Christian to sin because they might enjoy it later

Nah. If it's a true fatal shot there's no time for the brain to register pain. Detecting pain requires a functioning cerebral cortex, so a fatal shot in that area = basically instant unconsciousness i.e. in milliseconds not seconds.
