Should I even bother writing a note and if so how should i go about it and who do I write them to. I have no friends apart from someone I meant online who lives in a different country from me so I'm thinking of just sending them a scheduled message for the morning after. So I guess I just don't know if I should write the one letter or if I should write one for each parent because they're divorced and I swap houses every week.
Also please don't waste energy trying to convince me not to do it, it's too late and I've already made up my mind there is nothing else left for me to do.
