jump infront of a train or of a building prob, also heard eating to many raw potatos is a easy way if thar doenst help and u have a car just redirect the exhaust fumes back INTO the car, and close all windows, that will make you fall asleep pretty easy. If that also doesnt do anything just go to the next pharmakologie and buy as many painkillers as u can and take all of them.
