My anxiety is crippling me and the fact I have to see these people, and will be forced to interact with them on a regular basis is utterly horrific. It’s over for me unless I start abusing drugs

yeah i dropped out too and the cortisol isnt any better coming back. gets worse by the end of the semester when everyone has untouchable social circles and networks formed. network with as many people as possible just be on talking terms with them as early as possible but not in a desperate way while everyone is still desperate and friendless. even if you dont become friends if you see them in another class or next term theyll gravitate towards you.
