Suifuel learning about surgery cost

I was thinking about doing procedures for my mouth area to address buccal corridors and narrow lips as an adult (college student) but even that’s ~10k minimum. For the fucking mouth, the surgeries aren’t even skeletal why is this shit so damn costly
