My biacromial is 32-34 cm or 12.6-13.4 inch

my bideltoid is 40 cm or 15.75 inch

my waist is 22 cm or 8.66 inch wide

my hips are 29 cm or 11.4 inch

my chest is 28 cm or 11 inch

I don't know off the top of my head, I have them all written down somewhere I think but my #1 priority is growing my hands/feet ATM, growing my frame out as much as possible as well would probably be my secondary goal, as I'm still a minor.

What are you talking about? Is that your shirt size? I usually wear mediums which fit fine mostly but they're a bit baggyish around the stomach/arms (Due to how skinny I am)

That's my shirt size. My legs are pretty long, they're a bit longer than the average. My legs make up over half my height.
