Summer 2025 Challenge - Taking it to the extreme.

No more playing around. It's summer break. Freshman year is over. I will do everything to change before my second year in high starts, the sophomore year. I will suffer until it's done. I don't care. I have to commit to this and I shouldn't think about anything else but improvement. So what am I fixing this summer?


1. My face skin quality
- I don't have acne but sometimes pimples on the same spot appear however I'm now using multiple products and I'm cleaning my face more usual

2. Facial bones
- I sound autistic saying this but I don't care. I'm going to hit myself even harder, I don't care that I'm 15 and I know that I'm still in puberty but I have to change really fast. I have to. I'm tired of being insecure of some really retarded stuff.

3. Stomach
- I still have some fat left. I will make it disappear by being maybe a little more active, but completely by changing my diet to just diary and greens, and sometimes meat. No processed food at all anymore. I have really to commit myself to this.

4. Debloating completely
- Like I said, from today, I have a new diet. Fruit, Vegetables, Diary like eggs milk cheese (natural) and steak as well sometimes, but mainly green vegetables and avocados. Also eating much less.

5. Drinking more water
- Probably the easiest thing. Around 3L of water a day.

6. More sleep
- Atleast 7 hours of sleep.

What do you mean? I have great bone mass. I'm just hardmaxxing. It's not enough yet. I'm still 15 I have time, but then again, I want to look better as soon as possible. And I'm currently on a good path to ascending completely before my sophomore year.
