I am currently 147 lbs and 5'9.
My goal is to dirty bulk like crazy up till I am about 160 lbs MAYBE 165 lbs.
Post dirty bulk, I am planning on pinning reta for a few weeks mainly to lower body fat percentage after the crazy dirty bulk.
If I eat at least 160g of protein daily whilst lifting 6x a week, will I stay at a neutral weight and lower body fat percentage?
