Not to mention the increase in NTness you would have after a few months outside of all manosphere incel-adjacent spaces (since your vocab generally adapts to those you socialize with).

How do you even expand a social circle nowadays after college

Through friends of friends. If you have at least one really good friend, chances are they will be in a social circle that you can integrate into.

If you have no friends, that is a very hard situation. If you have friends from the past that you don't talk to anymore, you can possibly try reconnecting and hanging out. If you do that enough, you can become close friends and then integrate into their social circle.
