basic stuff such as healthier food, better sleep quality, and exercise. those methods are not cope no matter what people on here say, and they can cause a minor ascension for anybody. other than that I'd try to figure out what flaws you have and do your research on how to fix them, the best way to find what you need is in the BOTB section like that other guy said.But what are some tips you recommend for someone to ascend in general

and the best way to figure out your flaws is to look at certain models or attractive celebrities, preferably ones with a similar pheno type to you and try to look at the features that they have that make them look better that you may lack. thats what i did tho so it may or may not work for ubasic stuff such as healthier food, better sleep quality, and exercise. those methods are not cope no matter what people on here say, and they can cause a minor ascension for anybody. other than that I'd try to figure out what flaws you have and do your research on how to fix them, the best way to find what you need is in the BOTB section like that other guy said.

2. Eat healthy mainly healthy fats and proteins
3.go into the sun alot and walk
4. Choose what u want to choose on ur brows and lashes i use js castor oil but im north african so i js have naturally thick hair
5. Goodluck and stay consistent EAT EGGS![]()

Tan tips? I'm new to thatQuickest and most effective looksmaxxes are:
-Get lean, minimum 15% ideally 10%.
-Eyebrow maxx with minox and eyelash maxx with latise
-Get a tan
-Get a better haircut if you are not content with your current one. Try a surfer cut if your face and hair type suit it.
-Get on a retinol based face serum
-Clean up your diet, mainly meat, animal products and fruit.
-Do high volume pull ups/chin ups and lateral raises together with anterior lateral raises and pike push ups. Do it nucleus overload style 5x20-25 reps (or 10 for pull ups/chin ups if you can t do many) 5 days per week. After 4 weeks of doing it take a 2 week break and then get back to it again.
-Try a designer stubble type beard if your face suits it, use minox if neccesary.

Try sitting in short under the sun at noon for 30 mins, you can slowly build up to 60 mins over around 5 weeks.
You can also use tanning creams but you run the risk of looking like a carrot.
In the end, no sunscreen can completely prevent tanning if exposing skin to the sun for extended periods. The myth persists that lower SPF sunscreens aid tanning while higher SPF prevents it. In reality, tanning depends more on sun exposure time, skin tone, and a sunscreen's UVA blocking capacity than the SPF alone. If you are worried abt it just don t use it and slowly adapt yourself over time in staying longer in the sun as outlined above.But doesnt sunscreen block the tan![]()
