omfg just got back from a 2mth vacation and i dont think i grew 2cm
before vacation i was as tall as my mom and not im like 10cm taller but when i go to the like wall where i measure myself im 1cm taller
might just be wrong measurment or my mom deacreased in height
anyways before school starts im gonna spam raw kefir and sleep in the day aswell to grow hgh would not come fast enough and too long for results
