Not exactly, i mean technically but your arms and legs dont really on fat pads to keep you you looking like your face, also the skin there Doesn't stretch or move, the reason you get facial wrinkles is cause of moving the your face all the time. Thats why oldcel farmers that backed in the sun still have ok skin on their arms and legs. I know from my grandparents
