highest lycopene content of any food, which is the carotene thought to be one of the factors that makes a good reddish undertone in the skin

insanely high potassium and lowish sodium aswell

overall, i way prefer them over normal cooked tomatoes in taste aswell but thats preference.

I eat 4 tomatos every day put them up in a big sald with olive oil and balsamic vinegar ..Sometimes I change up dressing because I eat it everyday

raw tomatos have less lycopene than cooked

also sun dried has way more lycopene than even cooked tomato, so if thats what you want i would probably dice some sun dried tomatos in that salad

That is true I also eat Pasta sauce almost daily..Iam 25 percent Italian
 
I have been eating 300g sauce (at least) every day for 6 months and I don't belive I have any reddish undertone in my skin. You most likely need more

thats around 65mg of lycopene

per 100g sun dried has double the amount of lycopene but it has too much potassium to eat alot of, so its best to eat both tbh
