How long should I sungaze a day also does it improve your vision? I have pretty bad eyes I don't need glasses but I read somewhere that sungazing improves your vision is it cope or nah? Also Will it make my eyes lighter.

will make your eyes lighter if you do it consistently for at least 3 months. honestly sungazing having all these extra benefits sounds like bro science to me though. most likely it’s just mainly good for vitamin d and getting a tan
