I was using skincare for 2y and try to avoid the sun as much as I can. My ance doesn't get better, my height don't grow. Until this late 6 months, I stop using skincare. All I do is eating good diets and sunbath but I do it only when the UV is under 5. My ance getting better and I grow from 5'6(I stuck here for 2y) to 5'8 in this late 6 months and I can see I'm still growing. But I have notice my face is look like it lack of collagen, pore still there and I feel like it makes me look older. I don't know if I should start using skincare products again. (I'm 16½y rn) I was an idiot back then, using the skincare for my hormones ances🫩
