I have one and use it almost every day in winter. But it's still not the same. Sun is more effective for mood and well being

120€ from alibaba, its the same as the expensive ones from us and europe where they charge 500-1000. they get their panels manufactured by the same chinese company (shenzen idea light), put a brand on it and sell it for 5x the price
