Don't get me wrong it is extremely healthy, it makes me feel and look so much better
But sitting outside in the sun doing fucking nothing for 5 hours (my minimum set amount of sunlight btw) is so unbearable
I get 100x more dopamine being indoors on my pc, i would take it outside if it was a laptop and wasn't an actual big computer with wires
I tried doomscrolling but it doesn't make me feel any better
How can i make getting sun more stimulating? The answer is probably playing outside with friends tbh but i can't get that rn for many reasons
