A natural tan from UV will always mog,
NO it doesn't cause skin cancer if your just maintaining a tan and take the correct precautions + how do you think white people who live in hot European country's don't have insane rates of Melanoma.
NO it will not give you bad skin, only during the phase where your burning yourself to get a tan you maintain...
YES, you can still use Topical and Oral retinoids while using, you just have to use suncream correctly...
What is you other option?
Fake tan = Irritates the skin, leaves skid marks, stains everywhere, is hard to maintain and doesn't look good
Melanotan = Can be good if used correctly, but still continually pinning it and fearing the sun because of it is annoying
Pale Skin = Just no
