supplement carotenoids and hop on mt2. im currently supplementing beta carotene astaxanthin and lycopene,marginally improved my undertones and im pretty happy with results even though ive been using them for a pretty short amount of time.

mostly if dosed and administered incorrectly, however i heard that vomiting and nausea r very common. risk of melanoma increases and it might make u feel pretty shit short term with headaches, fatigue and dizziness. dyor and be smart

i wouldnt either, mt2 is the most effective tho. i also wouldnt suggest sunbeds. everyone in uk is pale so everyone is gonna know ur tanning which might just look weird idk, might just be me

yeah i’m not trying to be crazy orange, but some tone of it would be nice and less noticeable imo

make sure not to take MT2 on the same day u use sunbed lol and ur good, watch Dave trains on TikTok he takes mt2 in the uk and is dark af
